Startup World Cup
Enlighten Video was proud to be part of the video crew for the 2024 Startup World Cup pitch sessions hosted by TechSTL at The Post Building. Each week, we set up a four-camera system to cover all the pitches, providing valuable content for each company that presented. Our aim was to capture every detail, delivering high-quality footage for startups to use in promoting their ideas and engaging with investors.
Over 100 regional startups took part, presenting their innovative solutions in areas like AI/ML, Biotech/Healthtech, and Fintech/Geospatial. Our team made sure each pitch was recorded with care, showing off the unique ideas and energy of the event. The multi-camera setup allowed us to capture different angles and reactions, creating a complete visual story of each pitch session.
By documenting these sessions, Enlighten Video helped startups in their journey to the Regional Finals at Pageant and beyond. The high-quality video content we produced helped startups with their immediate promotion and provided lasting assets for future use. We are proud to support the startup community in St. Louis and look forward to more opportunities to help innovation and entrepreneurship through our videography skills.
Event Videography Technical Breakdown
Our technical setup for the Startup World Cup pitch sessions was designed to ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality recordings. We utilized a four-camera system and two microphones connected to an ATEM switcher. This setup allowed us to create live-to-tape recordings of each pitch, capturing every crucial moment and interaction.
The camera angles included a dedicated presenter angle, a judges angle for the Q&A sessions, an audience angle, a wide shot, and a direct feed of the slides. This multi-angle approach ensured that we captured the full scope of the event, providing startups with a detailed and engaging record of their presentations.
