Photo Restorations
Back in community college we all had an assignment where we needed to scan an old family photo, preferably one with some physical destruction, and work on patching any holes. After we finished patching, my teacher dropped the real challenge. Colorize the photo. That took quite a while, but I’m quite happy with the results.
Using some of my skills in photoshop, I made an attempt to bring back some of the life in this older photo. It was especially tricky because of the lighting in the scene at the time, but I think it looks pretty good by comparison. This is actually a picture of my Aunt and Great Grandmother.
